What this site is
This site is the BURIUS product reference. It exists to describe what we make, accurately and in enough detail to decide with. No transaction happens here: there is no basket, no account and no payment form on any page.
Where a page sends you onward to buy, you are leaving this site for a retailer with their own terms. Read theirs for anything to do with ordering.
Prices and specifications
Prices shown are the ones we last read from the retailer and they can change without notice. Treat the price on a model page as an indication, and the price at the checkout as the real one.
Specifications are measured on production samples. Manufacturing tolerance means a dimension can vary slightly batch to batch; where that would matter — a cable length, a bottle thread — we have allowed for it in the figure we publish.
Our text and photographs
The writing, the layout and the photographs on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Reproducing a page, a guide or our product photography wholesale is not permitted.
Product names, sizes and material facts are not ours to own and we make no claim over them. Describe our products accurately anywhere you like.
Limits
Our guides are written from our own bench experience. They are not engineering advice and they do not account for your particular installation, workplace rules or local regulations. Where a job involves stored energy — a garage spring is the obvious one — get a trade opinion.
We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is faultless or never offline. If you find something wrong on a page, the desk would like to know.
